This Initial Consultation Agreement is entered into between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Puneet Brar  (RCIC #R707465), and the client.

The client agrees to pay the fees specified in the booking tool for the selected online consultation services.

The purpose of the consultation is to gather enough information to provide a comprehensive analysis and advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, consultation fees, and associated costs.

Client Responsibility: The client must provide accurate and honest factual information and documentation required for the consultation. The client must disclose all relevant information, including any negative or adverse details, which might affect the advice given by the RCIC. Incomplete or inaccurate disclosure may void this Agreement or adversely impact the outcome of the client’s application or retention of any obtained status.

Advice Based on Current Laws: The advice given by the RCIC will be based on Canadian immigration law and policy as of the date of the consultation. The RCIC is not responsible for changes in legislation or policy that might affect the processing of any future application by the client.

No Outcome Guarantee: The RCIC will provide consulting services to a competent CICC member's standard. However, the RCIC does not guarantee success in meeting the client’s business, education, employment, or immigration goals.

Confidentiality: The RCIC is obligated to preserve the client's confidences and secrets to encourage candid and complete communications. All information and documentation reviewed by the RCIC will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law, without prior consent.

This Agreement is governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario and the Federal Laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please note that Puneet Brar, RCIC #R707465, is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and adheres to its By-Law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
