The minimum requirements for this program include：

–  two one-year work experience in cultural or athletic activities in the past five years; the experience was obtained either through self-employment or world-class activities participation;

–  35 points out of the 100 of the Self-Employed Person point grid;

–  the ability and willingness to be self-employed in Canada.
